QuietDesk is a productivity workspace that provides a Pomodoro timer, habit tracking, kanban boards, and note-taking features. The Service is available in both free and paid tiers.
You may use QuietDesk in trial mode without creating an account. To save your data across devices, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

All content, design, and code of QuietDesk are owned by Sipry. You retain ownership of any data you create within the Service (notes, tasks, habits, etc.).
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
We strive to keep QuietDesk available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
QuietDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sipry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
